Registration

I declare to attend the CMPP 04 workshop and will pay 
the registration fee in cash at the workshop site.

CMPP04 only:  60 GBP (or 90 EUR)
Registered MPC or AMAST participants: 30 GBP (or 45 EUR)

The registration fee of CMPP covers a copy of proceedings (tech report),
lunch and tea/coffee breaks, and a lecture room equipment.
